Who is responsible

Sonala Creations is the craft name of [Sonal’s full legal name], an individual maker based on the Costa Blanca, Spain. If you have any question about your information, you can reach me directly at info@sonalacreations.com.

What I collect

This site does not sell anything online and does not create accounts. The only personal information I receive is what you choose to send me:

• When you use the contact form or email me, I receive your name, your email address, and whatever you write in your message.
• If you subscribe to occasional studio updates, I keep the email address you provide for that purpose.

I do not collect payment details on the website — any purchase is arranged privately, by getting in touch.

Why I use it

I use your details only to read and reply to your message, to discuss a piece or a custom request, and — if you asked for it — to send you the occasional update. The legal basis is your consent and my legitimate interest in responding to people who contact me. I never use your information for advertising, and I never sell or rent it to anyone.

Cookies & tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not track you across other sites. It only stores a small, essential preference on your own device — for example, to remember the language you chose. That information stays in your browser, identifies no one, and is never sent to a third party. Because only this essential storage is used, no cookie-consent banner is required.

Who can see it

Your message reaches me through my email provider, which processes it on my behalf so that I can read and reply. I don’t share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long I keep it

I keep your message and contact details only for as long as I need them to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and then no longer than reasonably necessary. You can ask me to delete them at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask me to show you the information I hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. Just email info@sonalacreations.com and I’ll take care of it. If you ever feel your request hasn’t been handled properly, you have the right to complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
